Salvation By Works, Vol. 6—Love

¹³ The fulfillment of the Law is Love. —ROMANS 13:10

³ Because this is the love of God, that we keep his Commandments... —1 JOHN 5:3

Paul says this and John says it, but what does Jesus say?

²¹ He who has my commandments and keeps them is the one who loves me; and whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest him. —JOHN 14:21

¹⁰ If you keep my commandments, you will remain In my love [funny], just as I have kept my Father's commandments and I remain in his love [his grace]. —JOHN 15:10

It continues to be said, “If you violate the Law (if you hate God—Violation of the Law is a hate crime against God) you are lost, but if you keep it (if you love God) you are not saved.” (See John 14:15)

²¹ Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but everyone who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. —MATHEW 7:21

The will of God, necessary to enter the kingdom of heaven, is summarized in the Ten Commandments (EXD. 20:1-17, APC. 22:14-15).

To the man through whom Jesus told the parable of the Good samaritan, referring to what must be done to be saved, also told him: “Do this (the Law), and you will live.” (LUK. 10:25-28)

And keeping the law in itself is ONE WORK, and God makes it known very clearly—

¹⁷ But the mercy of Jehovah since the centuryhey hayesThe world is upon those who fear him, and his righteousness upon the children's children; ¹⁸Yesabout those who keep his covenant, And those who remember their mandamientos to put them to work. —SALMOS 103:17-18

¹ And it shall be, if you diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord your God, to keep, to put to work all his commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will also set you high above all the people of the earth; ²And all these blessings will come upon you, and overtake you, when you hear the voice of the Lord your God.. —DEUTERONOMY 28:2

³ Hear then, O Israel, and take care to put them to work, that it may go well with you, and that you may multiply, as the Lord God of your fathers has told you, in the land that drips with milk and honey. —DEUTERONOMY 6:3

God's law is for everyone, not just for the Jews (ISA. 56:1-8). And Jesus comes to reward each person according to his work—whether he keeps the law or not. (APC. 22:12-15). We will be saved by the works of the law—not by the law of works—those of man, which Paul was referring to. (EFS. 2:8-9). Oh—and by the way, mercy and faith are part of the law:

²³ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you tithe mint and dill and cumin, and you left what is the most serious part of the law, that is to say, judgment and mercy and faith: This had to be done, and not leave the other behind. —MATHEW 23:23

And what does Paul say about Faith (Work)?

³¹ Do we then undo the law by faith? In neithernone of minenera; before we establish the law. —ROMANS 3:31

And if you still question whether this is a matter of works, heed the words of Jesus—

²⁶ And to him who has conquered,  and I would have kept my works Until the end, I will give him power over the nations;
²⁷ And he will rule them with a rod of iron, and they will be broken like a potter's vessel, just as I also received from my Father:
²⁸ And I will give him the morning star.
²⁹ He who has an ear, let him hear  what the Spirit says to the churches. —REVELATION 2:26-29

If God's grace is his love and “the fulfillment ” (save/work) “of the Law is love” (LOVE TO GOD) (ROM. 13:10), and "God" same “it is Love” (1 JOHN 4:8), so: God, Love, Law—and grace, are the same!
