8 And it has been granted to her to dress in linen fine, clean and shining; because the fine linen is the actions fair of the saints. —REVELATION 19:8
On April 29, I had a conversation in a WhatsApp group, and—as is customary, whenever a truth is presented, the “good” children come out to defend their father. But on this occasion one of them came out to defend his mother, the Catholic Church.
There was a dispute between evangelicals, Catholics and Adventists, each claiming to be in the true church; that each one's sect was The Bride of Christ. But as we have demonstrated on so many occasions, God does not have a church on this earth. (ISA. 4:1, APC.14:4), and not even a kingdom on earth that he himself created. (JOHN 18:36). What it does have is a holy and chosen people, with a couple of very distinctive characteristics—
12 Here is the patience of THE SAINTS, those who KEEP the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. —REVELATION 14:12
Ah, those who keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus. What commandments?
16 Then one came and said to him, Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do to have eternal life?
17 He said to him: Why do you call me good? There is none good but one: God. But if you want to enter life, keep the commandments.
18 Told him: WHICH IS IT? AND Jesus said: Thou shalt not kill. Thou shalt not commit adultery. Thou shalt not steal. You shall not bear false witness.
19 Honor your father and your mother; and, You love your neighbor as yourself. —MATHEW 19:16-19
And where do we find those commandments? Well, read Exodus 20:1-17; this is the law of the ten Commandments—THE LAW OF GOD. So Jesus tells this powerful young man that to obtain eternal life he must keep the law of the ten commandments; law that Jesus himself gave, both in the beginning (GEN. 2:16-17 & 3:15, HOSEA 6:7) as in Sinai (EXD. 20:1-17). [to]Jesus, the Angel of Jehovah
[STUDY, CristoVerdad] [2]The Law, The Jews & You
[STUDY, CristoVerdad]
Now the law has ten commandments (EXOD. 34:28), but nevertheless in his interaction with the rich young man Jesus only refers to the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 5th commandment, in that same order, but “other” commandment: “You love your neighbor as yourself.“ The law has ten, but Christ mentions five, plus one. Have you ever wondered why?
Well, the first five commandments here expressed by Jesus come from the second group of the decalogue, those that have to do with the relationship of man with his neighbor, the area where the rich young ruler was failing, although he said: “All these things have I kept from my youth” (MAT. 19:20). It is evident that this was not true, and that is why Jesus ordered him to strip himself of everything. Notice the contrast when we compare the story of the rich young ruler with the story of Zacchaeus—
5 When Jesus arrived at that place, looking up, he saw him, and said to him: ZacchaeusHurry, come down, because today it is necessary for me to stay in your house.
6 Then he came down quickly and received him joyfully.
7 When they saw this, everyone murmured, saying that she had come to stay with a sinful man.
8 Then Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord: Behold, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have defrauded anyone in anything, I will return it fourfold.
9 Jesus said to him: Today salvation has come to this house; for he is also the son of Abraham.
10 Because the Son of Man came to seek and save what was lost. —LUKE 19:5-10
Upon meeting Jesus, Zacchaeus stripped himself of his possessions and repaired what he had stolen. And stealing—don't forget, it is condemned in God's decalogue. Now let's look at the reaction of the rich young man upon meeting Jesus—
20 The young man said to him: All these I have kept from my youth. What else am I missing?
21 Jesus said to him: If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have, and give it to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come and follow me.
22 When the young man heard this word, he left sad, because he had many possessions. —LUKE 19:20-22
The rich young man was greedy, and that is why Jesus confronted him with the commandments that he was not keeping, even though he claimed to do so. Zacchaeus didn't have that problem. In retrospect, the ten commandments are divided into two groups: to) First group, that encompasses man's relationship with God, recorded in the first 4 commandments of the law, and b) The second group, that has to do with the relationship between man and his neighbor, as we already mentioned, recorded in the sixth to the tenth commandments. Although the Bible does not determine with certainty the exact alignment between the two tables of stones, the truth is that it is evident that they are two groups that cover two different terrains: that of God and that of man.
Once again, the first four commandments of the law, which Jesus did not mention to the rich young ruler, have to do with man's relationship with God. (EXD. 20:1-11). And it's obvious that you're not going to get to heaven, to) having other gods, b) worshiping images, c) taking God's name in vain, and d)—You fill in the blank, without saving the_______ (EXD. 208-11). That is why Jesus did not name these commandments, because apparently the rich young man was clear about them, like every “good” Jew that he was.
Now, let us not forget the “other” commandment that Jesus ordered the rich young ruler to keep, “You will love your neighbor…”. Well, it turns out that this “other” commandment, as the text itself indicates, had to do with man's relationship with his neighbor. That is, Jesus was only emphasizing the commandments of the second table of the law. Notice that the rich young man did not argue with Jesus by saying something like: “but sir, I help the poor” or give the tithe that is for widows and orphans.” (DEUT. 14:22-29)"Why are you telling me to strip away everything?" No, he simply left sad because his treasure was not in helping the poor—who are his neighbors—but in treasuring his possessions, as the text itself presents.
And you will say, but what does all this have to do with the bride of Christ? Let's not lose the thread, pay attention and be patient, please...
"TOm“Thou shalt treat thy neighbor as thyself.” It is keeping the commandments that the rich young man rejected; The Bible presents it this way. In the story of the Good Samaritan, the young lawyer asks Jesus the same question that the rich young ruler asked—
25 And, behold, a lawyer stood up and said to test him: Master, by doing what shall I inherit eternal life? —LUKE 10:25
And this time, Jesus answers with another question—
26 He told her: What is written in the law? How do you read? —LUKE 10:26
And the text continues—
27 He, answering, said: You will love the Lord your Godyes with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.
28 And he said to him: You have answered well; do this, and you will live. —LUKE 10:27-28
Essentially speaking, here the lawyer answers what Jesus answered to the rich young ruler. Note that—again, it is the lawyer who answers, not Jesus who gives the answer. This detail is extremely important, because the Jews already knew what was needed to get to heaven: love the lord, keeping his law. In that way? Well, Jesus said to the rich young ruler "You love your neighbor as yourself" (2nd group of the law), while the interpreter of the law is the one who repeats the same thing (2nd group of the law), but first gives us “You will love your God with all your heart…” (first group of the law). Let's look at the following text to verify and understand this...
3 Hear then, O Israel, and Take care to put them into practice, so that things go well for you. in the land flowing with milk and honey, and multiply, as the Lord God of your fathers has told you.
4 Hear, Israel: Jehovah our God, Jehovah is one.
5 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength. —DEUTERONOMY 6:3-5
Chapter 6 of the book of Deuteronomy comes immediately after the reading of the law of the ten commandments in chapter 5. That is, it is the same sequence in the text. And in Deuteronomy 6:5 we find the exact words that the lawyer was giving to Jesus. Something consistent with the gospels is that they complement each other. Some stories—or parts of them—do not appear in some of the gospels, and we only get the full picture when we study them all 4. In Matthew 19 Jesus says to the rich young ruler "You love your neighbor as yourself", and in Luke 10 The lawyer repeats it and adds to the commandment of love towards God, and Jesus says he agrees—
28 And he said to him: You have answered well; do this, and you will live. —LUKE 10:28
Now, we have another similar story, where Jesus faces another interpreter of the law, a Pharisee. Although many are confused, it is obvious that they are different stories. at different times. Let's see-
35 And one of them, law interpreter, asked to tempt him, saying:
36 Teacher, What is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said to him: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is similar: You love your neighbor as yourself.
40 Of these two commandments depends all the law and the prophets. —MATHEW 22:36-40
Note that on this occasion, the interpreter of the law asks what the great commandment is, and does not say how eternal life is obtained. In reality, the context of his words is the same, because if you violate the great commandment you have no chance of obtaining eternal life, and the Pharisees were very clear about that. But the interesting thing here is that it is Jesus who gives the answer, just as he did in the story of the rich young ruler. But in the story of the rich young man Jesus does not mention this great commandment: “You will love your God with all your heart…”
Obviously, Jesus is quoting what is “in the law,” Dueteronomy 5 & 6. But the key part in Jesus' discussion with this interpreter is found in verse 40 of Matthew 22, and we repeat—
40 Of these two commandments DEPENDS all the law and the prophets. —MATHEW 22:36-40
The text of Matthew 22 has always been used by many to say that these two commandments replace the law of the ten commandments, SOMETHING TOTALLY FALSE. Jesus says of “these two commandments depends the law and the prophets.” And the key is the word depends, which indicates that love God above all things and your neighbor as yourself It is what gives rise to the entire law, not what replaces it. Answer, Friend who is reading this, if your life depends on a catheter in your heart, Can you live without the catheter? Does the catheter replace your heart?
Another important fact is that not only does the law depend on these two commandments, but also the prophets. That is, the prophetic books, such as Isaiah, Jeremiah, Daniel and The Apocalypse, depend on this. If the confirmation of these two commandments means that the law of the ten commandments is abolished, then this means that the prophets are also abolished. And if the prophets are abolished, what is said in the prophetic books are also abolished, and here we would enter into an enormous conflict, because everything we have believed about God collapses, well—
to) There are prophecies that have not yet been fulfilled, such as Isaiah 66:22:23 which talks about the creation of the new earth and the new heavens, and Jesus is the one who creates that new earth (APC. 21:5). And Jesus, who was also a prophet, did Jesus abolish himself?
b) The prophecy of Daniel 2 culminates with the second coming of Christ (DAN. 2:34-35, 45). Did Jesus eliminate his second coming? Does our salvation depend on Jesus returning to earth again?
c) In Daniel 9:25-28 we are told about what really happened on the cross. [1]Jesus “vs.” Paul and The Law:
What Happened on the Cross
[STUDY, CristoVerdad] How can Jesus be eliminating something that had not yet happened, since—OBVIOUSLY, at the time of speaking the words of Matthew 22 he had not yet been crucified? If the law and the prophets were eliminated, then the crucifixion of Jesus was also eliminated. Did Jesus die or not die on a cross?
We can go on and on, and everything we have believed in falls apart, everything. And everything in the Bible revolves around the law of God—everything, for the law is the character of Christ himself—
12 So the law is truly holy, and the commandment holy, just, and good. —ROMANS 7:12
That is why we find the law from Genesis to Revelation, since Jesus himself is “the alpha and the omega.” And the law gives us life just as Christ gives life, for the law—which is life, is Christ himself (JOHN 14:6, APC. 22:14, ROM. 8:2, PSA. 119:142).
One more time,
2 save my commandments and you will live, and my law like the apple of your eye.
3 Bind them to your fingers; Write them in the BOARD from your heart. —PROVERBS 7:2-3
Where have we heard this before?
31 Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, in which I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.
33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put my law in their minds, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they will be my people. —JEREMIAH 33:33
I clarify, when the text says “with the house of Israel and the house of Judah” He is only referring to all of humanity. (ISA 56:1-7). Or didn't Judah belong to Israel, doesn't that sound redundant? Here what we see is an emphasis that those who keep the covenant—the law and its ten commandments, WILL BE INVITED TO A VERY SPECIAL FEAST, when Jesus claims the kingdom that the devil dominates today—
25 And he will speak words against the Most High, and he will break the saints of the Most High, and will think about changing times and the law; and they will be delivered into his hand until a time, and times, and half a time.
26 But THE JUDGE will sit, and they will take away his dominion so that it may be destroyed and ruined until the end,
27 and that the kingdom, and the dominion and the majesty of the kingdoms under all heaven, be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, whose kingdom is an eternal kingdom, and all dominions will serve and obey him. —DANIEL 7:25-27
This event, my friends and brothers, is known as “The Marriage of the Lamb”, when Christ comes for his people—not his church, but his people. And this people is called holy, because they keep the law (APC. 14:12). However, Is this people the bride of Christ? The answer is a resounding NO. The people of God and the bride of Christ are two different things, usually associated as the same. So we must know how to distinguish this separation and understand what the role of each one is.…
As I mentioned at the beginning, I had an exchange in a WhatsApp group a few months ago, and the Catholic friend made the following comment—
What this gentleman is alluding to here is that Jesus founded the Catholic Church, a vile lie, as is saying that he founded the Mormons, Baptists, Jehovah's Witnesses, Adventists, Baptists, Evangelicals, Pentecostals, Methodists, etc., etc etc. Everything that man today calls the Church was founded by Rome, everything, absolutely everything—
4 And the woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, and had in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication;
5 and on his forehead a name written, a mystery: Babylon the Great, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS and The Abominations of the Earth. —REVELATION 17:4-5
No one seems to mention the daughters at this time, but they are the self-proclaimed “Protestant churches”, daughters that this great whore (ROME) gave birth to. We see them clearly described in Revelation 14:4, as well as in chapters 2 & 3, all full of pollution. Isaiah presented that none of them would serve Christ, but would use him as bait—
1 They will lay hands on a man [CHRIST] seven women [ALL CHURCHES] at that time [DOLPHIN], saying: We will eat our bread [FALSE DOCTRINES], and we will put on our clothes [Own Justice]; just let us carry your name [Christians]Take away our shame. —ISAIAH 4:1
You don't have to dig deep to see that this is what all the Christian denominations we see today are, all of them. They all claim to serve Christ, but they have all rejected his law—all, including Adventist Babylon, which hypocritically claims to keep it.
In short, all the Churches are contaminated, and let us not forget that the people of God “he does not defile himself with women” (APC. 14:4). Are you defiling yourself in one of those synagogues of Satan?
But Paul talked about churches, right? Well yes, just as God spoke of marriage, and today two men—or two women in a bed—are called marriage. If we are going to talk about churches, we must stay within the margin of what God calls the Church in the Bible, a Holy congregation, which keeps His law. But regardless of this, does Christ marry the church, that is, X or Y denomination out there? Well, here I present my response to the interaction I had in the WhatsApp group.
[4:29 PM, 7/28/2020] José Luis Javier Núñez
Friend, The church of Christ comes from heaven. I didn't know?
12 He who conquers, I will make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will never leave there again; and I will write on it the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which descends from the sky, from my God, and my new name. —REVELATION 3:12
I have to clarify that when I talk about the church, in this particular case, I am referring to the true bride of Christ, who is not founded on this earth.
2 And I John saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, DESCENDING FROM HEAVEN, from God, ready like a wife adorned for her husband.
9 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues came to me and spoke with me, saying: Come here, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.
10 And he took me in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great holy city of Jerusalem, that came down from heaven, from God,
11 having the glory of God. And its brilliance was similar to that of a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. —REVELATION 21:2, 9-11
7 Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory; because the marriage of the Lamb has arrived, and his wife has prepared herself.
8 And it has been granted to her to be clothed in fine linen, clean and shining; because the fine linen is the righteous actions of the saints.
9 And the angel said to me: Write: Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me: These are true words of God. —REVELATION 19:7-9
We are called to weddings—as guests, not that the weddings are ours. And to participate in that great wedding you have to dress in holiness, because both the groom and the bride are Saints. (HEB. 14:12, LEV. 20:7, 1 PET. 1:15-16). We are not the wife of the lamb, we are the guests to the wedding of the lamb with his wife—
7 Watching how they chose the first seats at the table, told the guests a parable, telling them:
8 When you are invited by someone to a wedding, don't sit in the first place, don't be May someone more distinguished than you be invited for him,
9 and he who invited you and him comes and says to you: Make room for this one; and then you start with shame to occupy the last place. […]
12 He also said to the one who had invited him: When you make lunch or dinner, do not call your friends, or your brothers, or your relatives, or rich neighbors; lest they in turn invite you again, and you be rewarded.
13 But when you make a banquet, calls the poor, the maimed, the lame and the blind;
14 and you will be blessed; for they cannot reward you, but you will be rewarded at the resurrection of the righteous. —LUKE 14:7-9, 12-14
Don't forget the story of Zacchaeus and the Rich Young Man.
Just today I was talking to another man from another group, called With the Open Bible, according to them. And there I realized the abysmal errors that people out there have regarding this issue.
That is, God has one gospel for Israel and another for the rest of the world. From there comes the same error that the law was given only for the Jews. And more than the law, it is that little part of the law that they all detest: the Sabbath. But glory to our Savior who spoke those legendary words to destroy the arguments of all those wicked: “The Sabbath was made for man…” (Mark 2:27). And man—not Jewish man, but man, was made in Eden (GEN. 1:27). And because man was made in Eden, the Sabbath was given in Eden (2:1-3).
These people believe that Jesus is coming to stop by the Millenium with Israel only, and then the Christians will join him later. Just as you hear it, Jesus comes to reward the most perverse people in history, Israel, the same one who crucified him, for how well they have behaved. A single walk through Exodus 19:5, Hosea 6:7 and John 1:12 and 19:18 It is enough to dismiss these satanic people as the people of God. And if we add to that that Israel is probably the most homosexual country in the world, where it recognizes any “marriage” between Adam and Stephen, in addition to that famous star on its flag, prophesied in Amos 5:25-26 and Acts 7:43, There is no doubt that this people has a father, the originator of the lie. (JOHN 8:44).
But Christians continue to idolize Israel, just as they continue to idolize their churches, clinging to their foreign gods.
The truth is that these people not only want nothing to do with holiness, but they also don't understand it one bit. And this man says that “we are called to be the wife of Jesus Christ in heaven.” Well, we have already destroyed that false position, with the Bible in our hands.
But there is still more...
2 The kingdom of heaven is like a king who made wedding party to his son;
3 and sent his servants to call the guests to weddings; but these did not want to come.
4 He again sent other servants, saying: Tell those who are invited: Behold, I have prepared my food; my bulls and fatted animals have been killed, and everything is ready; come to the weddings.
5 But they, without paying attention, went away, one to his farm, and another to his business;
6 and others, taking the servants, insulted them and killed them.
7 When the king heard this, he became angry; and sending his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned his city.
8 Then he said to his servants: The truth is that weddings are prepared; but those who were invited They were not worthy.
9 Go therefore to the exits of the roads, and call to the wedding as many as you find.
10 And the servants went out into the roads, and gathered together all they found, both bad and good; and the weddings were filled with guests.
11 And the king went in to see the guests, and there he saw a man who was not dressed as a wedding garment. [HE WAS NOT CLOTHED IN HOLINESS], NO. 15:37-41, Rom. 7:12.
12 And he said to him: Friend, how did you get in here, without being dressed in a wedding dress? But he was silent.
13 Then the king said to those who served, Bind him hand and foot, and cast him into the outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14 Because a lot of people are called, and few selected. —MATHEW 22:7-2-14
Only the keepers of God's law are invited to the wedding of the lamb, and that is why we begin by talking about the law. One of the biggest lies that the devil has brought to this earth is that
All churches preach that Christ marries them, but Christ says that his wife comes from heaven, together with him to celebrate the wedding with his guests here on earth. That is, with the one who dresses in holiness, keeping his law, if he wants to see the face of the Lord (HEB. 14:12). And with him who did not forget the poor, since this in itself is part of the law—
23 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you tithe mint and dill and cumin, and you leave the most important part of the law: Justice, the mercy and faith. This needed to be done, without stopping doing that. —MATTHEW 23:23
The rich young man did not want to show mercy to the needy, and that is why he was not invited to the great party. But have no doubt that Zacchaeus will be in the front row at that great wedding; Make sure, dear reader, that you put on the appropriate attire (THE LAW) so that they don't close the door in your face. “Without holiness,” Don't dress because you're not going, because if it comes—to you who reject the law and any of its ten commandments, “No one will see the Lord,” including you.
